The Q-COVER FOUR turns-in all four sides in one pass, folds the corners and presses the cover. Output on collector table or to the operator for immediate view of the finished product.

For short run production of book covers, binders and paper-over-board items. Consisting of a gluing unit for hot and cold glue, vacuum feeding belt, paper and board spotting guides, light box for cover spine centering, a turning-in unit using rigid teflon coated pressurised plates and nip-rollers.
